Timur Gazizullin is the Managing Director of Lambda Group with an entrepreneurial and investment background spanning real estate, venture capital, and growth-stage businesses. He has founded and led companies across commercial property, cleantech investing, biotechnology, and consumer platforms in EMEA.
Educated at Imperial College London and UCL, Timur brings strong strategic leadership, capital structuring expertise, and hands-on operational experience.

Joseph is an MBA-qualified operations leader with over a decade of cross-industry experience in commercial real estate, manufacturing, technology, and management consulting.
As the Head of Middle East Operations at Lambda Group, he manages commercial real estate operations to ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery. His responsibilities include coordinating fit-outs and project handovers, managing procurement and vendor relationships, and preparing contracts and proposals with legal oversight. He actively engages with real estate agents and key stakeholders to support occupancy and revenue goals.
Anastasia is a seasoned Business Development Director with expertise in launching and scaling new projects across Europe and the Middle East. She holds a Business School degree and has held roles at Big-4 firms, specializing in commercial due diligence, strategic planning, and performance optimization for both large corporations and startups across Europe and Asia.
At Lambda Group, Anastasia leverages this experience to lead the identification and development of new business opportunities, drive strategy and operational performance, and manage investor relations and stakeholder communications.

Vinicius is an experienced operations professional with over seven years of international experience.
He holds an MBA from China and has worked across multiple industries in China, Brazil, Canada, and Portugal, bringing a global perspective to operational excellence and strategic execution.
He leads the company’s operations across the European Union, overseeing project execution, industrial implementation, and regulatory compliance.

Jefrin Moidoo is the Infrastructure and Materials Lead at Lambda Group, with experience in investment research and analysis across industrial and infrastructure-linked sectors. He has conducted research for automatic vending solutions and prepared in-depth research reports to support strategic decisions.
Jefrin brings strong financial modelling and market analysis skills and holds an MSc in Management from UCL.
Mohamed has extensive experience in the UAE real estate market, overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties in a dynamic and highly regulated environment. His role involves coordinating property and facility management teams, managing service providers, supervising maintenance and fit-out works, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
He works closely with landlords and tenants to optimize property performance, control operating costs, and maintain high service standards while effectively navigating the UAE’s multicultural business environment.

Prashant Nair leads the Vending Business at Lambda Group with over 24 years of experience across five-star hospitality, large-scale catering, and automated retail. His career spans multiple international markets, where he has built a strong legacy of operational stability, service excellence, and disciplined execution. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and is currently pursuing an MBA in International Business.
Prashant blends deep industry grounding with forward-looking strategy, guiding the Group’s vending operations toward technology-led efficiency, reliability, and long-term value creation across complex, high-volume environments and stakeholder trust.
